Joel was my assigned agent he called and text to update me promptly of the cost for service and the findings after inspection; since the job was going to take 2-3 days the dealership provided me at no cost me promptly of the cost for service and the findings after inspection; since the job was going to take 2-3 days the dealership provided me at no cost a rental car until I received my vehicle. This is a wonderful, caring and efficient store. Highly recommended! More

Was there for almost 3 hours for an oil change and to check vibration regarding the 4 tires I purchased from them. I had an emergency and had to go. Went to see my advisor Cory, (who’s very nice an profe check vibration regarding the 4 tires I purchased from them. I had an emergency and had to go. Went to see my advisor Cory, (who’s very nice an professional by the way, and no reflection on him) found out that the tech had just gotten the tires off and not gonna be ready for a while.. I asked them to get it ready and will just bring it back another time for the vibration issue. That took about 25 minutes and once I’m on the road, I noticed that the service reminder was not reset, and sticker reminder for the next service was also not placed. I’m not trying to be critical, over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment seem excessive… More
