This time was the worst time on Toyota Winter Park. I always had a great time there, except this time. I arrived to my service and the first guy approached and ask my name and the reason of my visit. I said the info and he said someone would come to assist me. 30 minutes later a guy asked what I was doing there, and I said the 30k miles service but I am here for 30 minutes and nobody came to assist me. Then the advisor arrive and started to ask me the common questions and he said "you know that this tine you don't have toyota care" and I said I know but I have Toyo Guard and I would like to use. He checked on the tablet and marked oil change and tire rotation. I asked him if they would perform the fluid checks and 30k miles service and he said yes, we do all checks. I said ok and I went to the waiting room. Usually the service takes 45min to 1 hour. This time after 28 minutes the car was ready. I thought, really? So fast and I asked him "did you do everything? Was so fast. When I got home I double check the manual and they didn't replace the cabin air filter, engine air filter and said that I declined to have the courtesy multi-point inspection. Nobody asked me that. I was thinking if they really changed the engine oil and oil filter. More
