Had an appointment at 7, arrived at 6:50. Was told my car would be ready within the hour, checked at 8:15 if it was ready and they told me if I didn’t receive text then it wasn’t! He went to check and came back said “ma’am I’m really sorry we dropped the ball on your car, they couldn’t find the paperwork on your car so that’s why you’ve been waiting for so long. So I asked why didn’t they say that when I asked 40 minutes ago. He couldn’t give me a response, just apologized . I then get in my car and the message that comes up to call dealership for maintenance is still on !! So did they really even do anything ? Maybe just waste my time ! More
