I did not give 5 stars because I was told the service on my vehicle will be done by 2pm but it was done by 12.15pm and I was not informed. When I saw the vehicle parked outside the service area and enquirer my vehicle will be done by 2pm but it was done by 12.15pm and I was not informed. When I saw the vehicle parked outside the service area and enquirer the agent was contacted and he sent a text stating that I was to wait until 2pm. As such I told another agent to cancel the work order and was walking away when he called me back and said that he found the paperwork on the attending agent’s desk and the service was completed. This was not a free service. It cost me $250.00. More

I had a good experience at Auto Nation Toyota dealership every time while having my Toyota Camry service except this time. I have given four-star rating only due to excellent regard for service manager Stew every time while having my Toyota Camry service except this time. I have given four-star rating only due to excellent regard for service manager Stewart Burzee. He acknowledged the mistake made by service advisor and mechanic by not addressing battery terminal issue. Mr. Burzee was gracious to take care of this issue and that is why I gave four stars. Otherwise, I would have given only two stars. The following three stars refer to only Nick Riciqilano. For Mr. Burzee I give five stars. More
