Car in for several services and only chose oil and would do rest later. Sat over an hour and a half then got up to check on it and saw my car was moved to front of servicing area. Upon asking if was ready t do rest later. Sat over an hour and a half then got up to check on it and saw my car was moved to front of servicing area. Upon asking if was ready they told ‘me ‘ didn’t know about the oil change’!! Took and did it but after 2 hrs I was late being where I was suppose to be. Why did it sit there for so long without someone asking about it ? Really irritated because someone dropped the ball and considering taking the car somewhere else for service pending. An over site but just not at a good time More

Tomorrow will be the 4th weekend in a row we have had to go to the service department to get our door panel fixed. First they had to order the part. Then they ordered the wrong part. Then they got the righ go to the service department to get our door panel fixed. First they had to order the part. Then they ordered the wrong part. Then they got the right part but realized a second part was also needed. They had better take care of this tomorrow! More
