Car in for several services and only chose oil and would do rest later. Sat over an hour and a half then got up to check on it and saw my car was moved to front of servicing area. Upon asking if was ready t do rest later. Sat over an hour and a half then got up to check on it and saw my car was moved to front of servicing area. Upon asking if was ready they told ‘me ‘ didn’t know about the oil change’!! Took and did it but after 2 hrs I was late being where I was suppose to be. Why did it sit there for so long without someone asking about it ? Really irritated because someone dropped the ball and considering taking the car somewhere else for service pending.
