We made an appointment over the phone and were told that it would take 30 minutes for our oil change. When we arrived the service advisor told us it would be 2 plus hours. Our service advisor offered a rent it would take 30 minutes for our oil change. When we arrived the service advisor told us it would be 2 plus hours. Our service advisor offered a rental car that the dealership would take care of for the miss information. This allowed us to complete errands that were planned for the day. Our vehicle was ready in 2.5 hours, but our inconvenience of how long it took was matched by a free rental car. I take it as a win. More
