I went in for an oil service and they damaged my vehicle. The Service department is a clown show. the person who greeted me was a kid who didn't really listen to me when I stated that I just wanted the oil c The Service department is a clown show. the person who greeted me was a kid who didn't really listen to me when I stated that I just wanted the oil changed and tires rotated. My black truck went in clean and come out with water spots all over it because they washed it without my permission and parked it in the sun to dry. The service tech, got greasy hand prints all over the truck, and sometime in this fiasco they scratched the hood. I would rather pay another garage then get the rest of the prepaid service at this dealer. More

Autonation is the worst dealership for services that I ever had. First of all I scheduled the service at 8:00 and supposed to be done in 100-1:30, but I left at 12:00 (after 4:00 hours). 2nd - I asked t ever had. First of all I scheduled the service at 8:00 and supposed to be done in 100-1:30, but I left at 12:00 (after 4:00 hours). 2nd - I asked to check the AC control panel that is not working and the technician not even checked, when I took my car still not working and I headed back to the advisor to let him know, then he went to ask the technician and now he decided to charge $100 to check!! Now I scheduled in Toyota of Orlando much better service. The technician left a stain on my passenger seat and not even cleaned!! If you care about the customers you should contact me back to fix all these issues!! DON’T go to Autonation. More
