I trust this service department with my vehicle implicitly. They are knowledgeable and quick. The estimate is discussed in detail prior to any work performed. AutoNation Toyota Winter Park is one of the best dealers to buy a car from. They were able to get the car I wanted within 2 days I visited the dealer and the salesman, Argenis Gonzalez was amazing. He’s ver to buy a car from. They were able to get the car I wanted within 2 days I visited the dealer and the salesman, Argenis Gonzalez was amazing. He’s very professional and explained everything about the highlander at a normal paced where I was able to understand all the details compared to a salesman I had at a Honda dealership where the salesman spoke so fast and was just giving me a long script. he was also very nice throughout the whole process. His sales manager Danilo was really nice too. More

I was very well informed every step of the way. Due to slow supply chain, not any fault of Autonation, it took 34 days to receive my truck and I was kept informed or status. Information was provided as requested and updated when asked. The facility is clean and accommodating and the added snack counter is real nice. Very good espresso also!! Over the years this was the 3rd vehicle I bought here and if a 4th is needed this is where I'll buy. Thank you to Miguel and Michael for making this experience enjoyable. More
