Loud employees and observed acouple male employees looking a young female customer up and down , not cool to watch and very unprofessional! I Brought my car in for a maintenance check up. They said th looking a young female customer up and down , not cool to watch and very unprofessional! I Brought my car in for a maintenance check up. They said they did a four-point safety inspection and all was well with the car. When I drove it off the lot my tire pressure light was on. I took it to another service place and three of my tires were low in air. After I got the explanation of service from Toyota, It showed that they checked all my tires and they were fine. So I was a little disappointed that they weren’t thorough with checking my tire pressure. I felt that Whoever serviced my car never checked my tire pressure and just checked it that it was done More

I have to say I was disappointed this time at AutoNation. There was a 45 minute line getting into the dealership. Service was okay but my pickup experience was not what I normally expected. They get 2 stars back for the fact that they did give be 15% off. However, I had to but a new 12v battery from them at the full ~$350 cost and the installation after that, after I had just done so at the en 15% off. However, I had to but a new 12v battery from them at the full ~$350 cost and the installation after that, after I had just done so at the end of 2020 because the warranty was only for one year. The battery can only be bought from them, all the dealerships have the same price, the car can only have the one type of battery and yet it’s only labeled as a “part” so it gets max of a one year. Another line of 12v batteries there was cheeper and had a 3 year warranty, but I couldn’t use it so it meant nothing. I know the dealership has to play by the rules of corporate, but they still have the ability to flex and work with people on things like this. But the faculty was nice, they have a movie room to wait in, and they did do the 15% (which didn’t even cover install). I wasn’t going to do a review anywhere but they sent out the email, so I’m doing it only here. More
