I bought a Corolla on Saturday December 18, 2021 and from the beginning I asked them that I wanted the car to leave the dealer with window tinting and I prepaid for the service. They promised me that that sa the beginning I asked them that I wanted the car to leave the dealer with window tinting and I prepaid for the service. They promised me that that same Saturday I would have that service. Finally, they told me that there was no time for that day, but that the following week they would call me, at the end they gave me the appointment for Monday, January 31 (a month and a half later). IF they had been honest I would have simply put the window tinting somewhere else, what stopped me was that I had already paid for it. More

Was told by another shop my engine was blown and oil pump was busted. Toyota diagnosed problem as being with coolant system. After $875 for diagnostic check, repairs, and oil change, my car is up and running was busted. Toyota diagnosed problem as being with coolant system.
