Definitely was not happy with service this visit, 2 hours to rotate tires and fill fluids and then I feel you tried to use a scare tactic when you emailed me what needed to be done with my car highlighted in to rotate tires and fill fluids and then I feel you tried to use a scare tactic when you emailed me what needed to be done with my car highlighted in red like it’s urgent, I had to call the next day to question how they came to that result and spoke with Romie about it and was told it should not be in the red which is very misleading to a customer . I had to question how they came to this result when they did not take my car for a test drive or even put it on a machine to see if it needed alignment. was told just based on mileage. So it should never been in the red urgent line .also was sent a email that I needed this 36,000 mile check up for $21.00 but was charged 26 plus tax and it’s the principle on this .. maybe work on a little better customer service , complementary car wash or even coffee or hot chocolate. Being told by someone I can purchase a coffee in the cafe, really !! And after I cashed out with my service advisor I am waiting outside for my car and no one says a thing for about 10 minutes until my advisor walks by and says your car is parked in last spot and ready to go. I said gee thanks for finally telling me no one let me know.. I have a oil change in July hopefully this will be a better experience.. More

Two years ago I would have given this facility five stars. It is most unfortunate that I can only give it two stars. Two years ago, on a list of suggestions two came up: an automatic transmission fluid stars. It is most unfortunate that I can only give it two stars. Two years ago, on a list of suggestions two came up: an automatic transmission fluid exchange at a most competitive price and a brake fluid exchange, again at a most competitive price. This time I had a problem, so it appeared, with the engine oil. I had already had the oil and filter changed: however a readout indicator read that the oil service was required. I thought perhaps it was a computer glitch. It turned out to be exactly that. However, I was told that the vehicle needs new brake pads. I know that dealerships need to post a profit to stay in business, but the price quoted was flatly outrageous. And, I didn't appreciate the "scare tactic" that was used. This type of tactic vanished quickly when I informed the service representative that I had worked in the automotive department of a large retail chain during the 1970s, (currently out of business) as a mechanic and a parts salesman if the service bay was quiet. I asked for an oil and filter change if it was required and I thought I made it quite clear that nothing else was to be done. I was informed that the only thing that had happened was that the previous shop had not reset the counter. I asked how that was done and the service representative didn't know but said that the service staff would do that. My bill was for an oil and filter charge PLUS a tire rotation which I did not authorize!!!! I happen to be motor challenged, having severe arthritis in both knee joints and my right shoulder. Otherwise, I would have done the oil and filter changes myself. The tire rotation might have been somewhat necessary: HOWEVER I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT!!!!! And, as it turns out, I have a manual for the year, make, and model of the vehicle which gives step-by-step instructions to reset the counter!!!! It is easily done inside the vehicle at the driver's seat!!! If this had been the business that it was two years ago, the counter would have been reset and I feel that the service representative would have told me how to do it. I certainly wouldn't have been charged for a tire rotation without my consent!!! Rest assured that if I need the service of a dealership that I will drive a few extra miles to use a dealership that really appreciates the clientele. And, I shall grit my teeth and repair the front and rear brake parts, for one-Fifth of the price I was told just to replace the parts of the front wheel brake system!!!!! I most sincerely wish that the business practices of two years ago were still extant. Please consider that the people who have the funds to spend will use them wherever they like, even if it means a few extra miles of driving, to a facility where they feel genuinely appreciated. And, I hope that this facility will return to the almost incomparable, five star facility that it once was. More
