First of all I would like to personally thank Ellisa for her professionalism from day one when I walked into that car Lot. She approached me with the most friendly personality one that was welcoming for a f her professionalism from day one when I walked into that car Lot. Ellisa, was amazing and her knowledge about the multiple selection of vehicles was overwhelmingly accurate for a female. She was open to answering all my questions and queries; she ensured that I was well in tuned throughout my the process (from selecting the car, to reserving the car, to keeping me up to date with the location of the vehicle and of course sticking to the timeline of the arrival of the vehicle. Thanks also to Henry for you professionalism with handling the financial aspect. This whole we experience was nothing short of amazing and ofcourse I'm loving my 2021 RAVE 4 Hybrid today!. This was 100% the worst experience I have ever had. 40 min to just be seen. The service drive was so full and I had an appointment but there was no communication. However, the managers in service- Stuart, Sal and Rommy were awesome and accommodating. The problem is there GM Nick who is absolute nightmare to talk to he was rude and did not care about anything we had to say, also he treats his employees terribly , they are not even allowed a lunch break and you can tell it is a toxic and high stress place to work at. Also, the GM does not care about the customers as well as his employees. Overall the place is a nightmare of a dealership. I do not recommend. The staff was looked as if they did not care about the poor service. 0.1/10 Get rid of the GM and we would return for service. More
