This was 100% the worst experience I have ever had. 40 min to just be seen. The service drive was so full and I had an appointment but there was no communication. However, the managers in service- Stuart, Sal and Rommy were awesome and accommodating. The problem is there GM Nick who is absolute nightmare to talk to he was rude and did not care about anything we had to say, also he treats his employees terribly , they are not even allowed a lunch break and you can tell it is a toxic and high stress place to work at. Also, the GM does not care about the customers as well as his employees. Overall the place is a nightmare of a dealership. I do not recommend. The staff was looked as if they did not care about the poor service. 0.1/10 Get rid of the GM and we would return for service. More
If I could give our experience a zero I would! The service at this location has gone down considerably over the last four years it gets worse and worse each time we come in for service. We made an app service at this location has gone down considerably over the last four years it gets worse and worse each time we come in for service. We made an appointment for 8 AM and sat in the service bay for a half an hour before my husband had to get out and ask when someone was going to check us in. A tall bald Hispanic man quickly walked by us and yelled we will get to you in a few minutes. Meanwhile there are many employees walking around ,standing around,, on their phone, sitting, talking to each other. One employee was even smoking, she had a shaved head with a ponytail at one point was FaceTimeing someone on her phone and ignored my husband’s question. We waited two hours for an oil change which is absolutely ridiculous. We walked over and had breakfast and came back an hour and a half and my husband went to check on the car and they hadn’t even started servicing the vehicle. When my vehicle is funny ready I received a text to go to the delivery area for pick up they were no signs pointing to the delivery area and when I ask somebody where is delivery area they rudely said you’re standing in it. However there was no one standing there in a blue vest! Rude staff, Rude attitude, Rude people! More
Car taken for headliner repair. Not fixed on first 2 visits. Next visit resulted in repair that did not work. Next visit unsuccessful because wrong part ordered. Next visit was finally successful after visits. Next visit resulted in repair that did not work. Next visit unsuccessful because wrong part ordered. Next visit was finally successful after leaving car for 4 days. When car was finally located on the lot (25 minute delay) the dar returned with dirt and water spots covering car even though I specifically requested the car being washed. Actual headliner repair accomplished. Entire process should not have taken this long. Poor follow by service department. More

On 10-20-21 I had my 2nd Toyota service performed. This is a Service Center Review. I have already written a raving review on my Care Team Agent, Christina Rivera in June (of which she says she did not get is a Service Center Review. I have already written a raving review on my Care Team Agent, Christina Rivera in June (of which she says she did not get notified by Management/not good). Today I was introduced to Team Member, Aracell Tapia, who handled my service. She was professional, listened, explained the process and repeated my service requests correctly. My appointment was on time & I was out within the hour. After I returned home I had another question. I texted Aracell & she promptly answered to my satisfaction. I would recommend her and ANation Toyota Winter Park Service. More
