My service advisor was Cristina wow all I can say amazing customer service from start to end. She greeted me with a smile, Kept me informed about issues with my car, made sure she reviewed my history in the customer service from start to end. Was super friendly and gave me her full attention and made me feel very important and taken care of. She was super sweet to my son and gave him a coloring book and crayons. She was outstanding. When driving up they offered me a cold bottle of water. Most of all everyone was wearing a mask and when waiting in the car line to get checked in they had us wait in our car what a great idea instead of rushing us out they kept us in our cars I loved it .. it was safe due to covid19 and when it was time to check in that’s when we left the car and sat in the waiting area. I felt the flow of the new way was so organized and will planned out. Everyone greeted you with a hello and a smile. You saw the supervisor on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly and all customer were taken care of. Yes it was busy it was after the Labor Day holiday.. yes I had to wait three hours but I felt safe and taken care of and that’s what really matters. I will like to thank Cristina again this experience was outstanding. I also wanted to thank Rommy , Stewart and Sale for running such an amazing team Great Job Auto Nation Toyota with the new changes. I love it. More
