AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park is the most amazing car dealership and service center I've ever visited. My partner has been going there for years for sales and service, and now I know why. This is a world dealership and service center I've ever visited. My partner has been going there for years for sales and service, and now I know why. This is a world unto itself where there are more than enough friendly, hustling employees to answer your every question quickly and thoroughly, whether you've brought your vehicle in for service or are browsing to buy. Seriously, folks, it's amazing. And I can't say enough about Pablo Estupinan, who went the extra mile to get a used car ready for us to test drive. The same goes for manager Tonia and service person Manny! These folks couldn't be nicer if they tried! And the business is open every day of the week 9-9. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our one and only complaint (haha) is that our Toyotas are lasting so long that we don't yet need a new one! Our 4Runner has 317,000 miles on it, and our Prius has nearly 200,000. Anyhow, when it IS time to buy again, we'll be headed straight to Auto Nation Toyota Winter Park. You can bet your car payment on that. More

recently purchased a 2021 Toyota Tundra from this dealership. I was charged for window tints and was told that ALL windows were tinted. I prefer my window tints to be darker so i brought my brand new dealership. I was charged for window tints and was told that ALL windows were tinted. I prefer my window tints to be darker so i brought my brand new Tundra to a reputable window tinting shop to strip all my window tints than re install darker tints. Upon the the technician doing my window tint job he stated the only windows that were tinted were my two front windows and my rear windows were just privacy glass from the manufacture, so i was charged for something I did not have. Also upon our agreement of the sale I was told I would receive seat covers for my leather seats and that the seat covers would be "nice" and "not tacky looking". While at the dealership prior to taking the truck home I asked to see said seat covers and I was told that the do not have them in stock and would have to order the seat covers. At this point I than asked if i can see a photo of the seat covers or know the brand name and I was told that they were not sure and that they would have the parts manager call me to further assist me due to her being on a lunch break until 4:00pm, mind you this all occurred around 2:00pm. I waited patiently a couple of days for a phone call and nothing so I decided to call the dealerships part manager and email her with no response via phone call or email. At this point I attempted to call the manager, Michael Marcinowski, who worked with me on the deal, with no response also. I than emailed the same manager asking about my window tints where he surprisingly replied with how my window tints were on all windows and came with a lifetime warranty. Once I made the statement in the email about my rear windows not being tinted i NEVER herd from him again, even after multiple calls and voice messages. A day later I call asking to speak with ANY manager regarding this issue, I was told how nobody was available at that moment and someone would call me back. Roughly 1 hour later i received a phone call from a DIFFERENT manager asking me to explain the issue to him,which I did and he stated how he will fix the issue and look into my seat covers BUT completely ignored my window tint problem of being charged for something I did not have. The next day, George, gets a hold of me sending me a photo of the seat covers. These seat covers are VERY tacky looking and appear to not even fit the seats properly in the photos. I stated this to him and he said let me see what I can do with my manager tomorrow and how he will get back to me. Next day roughly 4:00pm i received NOTHING from George so I decided to text him and he told me how it was his day off and he will get with the manager tomorrow and he attempted to call them and they did not answer. At this point Im VERY frustrated and mad at this whole dealership. and now 2 days later ANOTHER manager Dave calls me and leaves a voicemail while im asleep, I call him back and leave a message and STILL no reply. So moral of my review is that I was charged for something I NEVER had on my truck, They say they will order "nice" and "not tacky looking" seat covers but in reality they did and also lastly, how you cannot get a hold of ANYBODY to help you once they sold you a vehicle and they just keep giving you the run around hoping you will just give up and leave them alone. After they made a sale with me I was left in the dark constantly and just given a run around. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to any of my family and friends. More

Before finding this gold mine, we went to four other dealerships and were disappointed with the vehicles. Not only by the prices, but by how much TLC the vehicle we were looking for needed when we found dealerships and were disappointed with the vehicles. Autonation is by far the best dealership we’ve ever come across! Everyone was super helpful and awesome! Amazing customer service from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. They were super efficient and well organized. We would definitely buy another vehicle from them! Mariuela is an amazing sales person! She helped in every way possible and answered every question we had. We drove two hours to get the vehicle we were looking for. Our vehicle looked brand new! We were definitely amazed and sold as soon as we saw it. They even called us the next day to ask us how the vehicle was and how the drive was back home! Now tell me how many dealerships or sales people do that? You’re definitely missing out if you don’t shop for a new or used vehicle here. More
