My entertainment system won't work properly because it won't update. I've tried doing the download that Toyota recommends and the system won't recognize the USB to do it manually. I've left two unreturned voicemails from Toyota of Winter Park about this. I stopped in an they wanted to charge me to look at something that is clearly a defect in their process. Software is dynamic, and I wouldn't expect to pay (nor was I told) I would have to pay for upgrades; they should happen on a download. This car is 7 years old, and while getting a new Toyota soon was a given, I have been shocked at all the wasted time with no results from this dealership and the issue with the car. More

I started the process online with Chafik Alloui. We arrived at the dealership and were handed off to Aaron Aquino. I can't say enough wonderful things about this young man. We had intended to visit and test drive a Grand Highlander Limited so that we could place a hold on one in transit. After the test drive, one of the sales managers (I wish I knew his name) tried to get us to purchase a GH (on the lot) that we did NOT want and was quite rude when I told him we didn't want it. He was not willing to negotiate on the GH in transit, as Chafik was willing to do in our emails. As we went to walk out, Aaron stopped us and asked us to give him a chance to speak with someone. Then came Edward to save the day. He presented options we were open to and understood that we were making a big purchase and were specific about what we wanted. Edward is definitely customer oriented. He showed us a GH Platinum in the same general price range and we were able to get a lower interest rate than my credit union. My payments were kept where I wanted them and we walked out with a beautiful GH Platinum. We couldn't be happier. Aaron was with us every step of the way and showed me everything I needed to know about my new car. I am very happy with the overall experience here (other than the one rude sales manager).
