I made an appointment for routine oil change/tire rotation and my car was taken right in upon my arrival. En ventas son excelentes, atendiendo al public y cumpliendo las expectativas pero en el department de servicio de verdad que dejan muy mala experiencia y mas aun si tu carro va por garantia, te hace cumpliendo las expectativas pero en el department de servicio de verdad que dejan muy mala experiencia y mas aun si tu carro va por garantia, te hacen sentir que como cliente vales menos, no hay seguimiento, no hay ningun tipo de communicacion, y luego te dejan la llave para que pases recogiendo si tan siquiera venir a darte un reporte del vehiculo. Al menos es mi experiencia personal nada agradable en servicio, por otra parte en rental si te tratan super bien y atienden todos tus requerimientos. More

I needed the yearly service completed on my car. I am the second owner on this car and this dealership was great! From making the appointment to arriving at the dealership, everyone was very courteous and he second owner on this car and this dealership was great!
