Everyone in service upon arrival was extremely helpful. The facility itself is great as well, especially the small theater they have that was able to keep my family entertained as we received our service. Maintenance department was fast. Dealership was friendly but didn't listen to my needs. Miracle Toyota lied to me about a problem with my car (just prior to warranty expiring), and AutoNation did absolutel but didn't listen to my needs. Miracle Toyota lied to me about a problem with my car (just prior to warranty expiring), and AutoNation did absolutely nothing to rectify that issue. I ended up paying $562 for an issue that SHOULD have been corrected while under warranty. I'll never buy another Toyota again. Certainly not a Corolla. More

This was my first time coming to AutoNation Toyota for service on my new RAV4. I was a bit concerned when I pulled in and saw 2 rather long lines. The lines moved relatively quickly and the attention I re service on my new RAV4. I was a bit concerned when I pulled in and saw 2 rather long lines. The service was completed in less than an hour (as promised) and even included a car wash. The only negative thing about this experience was the movie that was showing in the waiting area. It contained significant profane language which was offensive. Offering a movie is a great idea but the selection needs to be more closely monitored. More

Customary car wash isn’t offered any more. You have to ask for , and depending on the agent they will de o it or not.
