If you get Oscar Luna or Stuart, the Service Manager, push your car to the next dealership because if not, you'll be pushing your vehicle back there after it leaves. Brought my brand new 2013 Scion in for electrical issues that should have been covered under the warranty. They serviced the car and charged me $326 when I picked it up. The reasoning was that a GPS monitoring component had been installed, which "voided" the warranty. They disconnected the GPS and called it done. I didn't make it out to Semoran Blvd before noticing the clock and radio weren't working, so I turned around and headed back. Oscar Luna fixed a "fuse" and off I went..again. Made a left down Fairbanks and didn't make it more than 3 miles before the power started going out again, then eventually the power steering/brakes, radio, and the entire instrument panel! The car would not keep an idle and I coasted it into the IDC parking lot. Bigger problems than what I originally brought it in for. Called Oscar right away, at which point he told me the tow back may not be covered under the warranty..it just depended on what they found. In the end, I picked the car up today and asked for the Service Manager- Stuart was his name. This "new" problem was covered under the warranty, along with the towing service. But this "new" problem did not constitute a refund for their first mistake in his opinion. It suddenly became an "additional" problem. Meanwhile, their first mistake in misdiagnosing the problem came out of my pocket and they REFUSED to give me a refund. I would highly encourage anyone NOT to have service work done and this dealership! The service department here is a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS! More
No one really paid attention to me as I brought my car in and only ONE other person besides my adviser said hello to me. I waited a bit before anyone helped me. Ozzie/Osvaldo Perez greeted me, took care of EVERYTHING I asked for, was approachable, kind, informative and assisted in getting the best for my car/me. He was able to give me realistic timelines, fix things wrong with my car I thought I would have to go to my dealer 3 hours away for, and presented great overall customer service. Where I was unimpressed with the dealership in regards to it's attentiveness, the popcorn and movie helped pass the time. The cashier and inside staff were also very friendly. Thanks Ozzie. I'll be using this Toyota/Scion from now on. More

I recently owned a Nissan product which I used to take for service to a Honda dealership for care, due to extreme deficiencies at the main Nissan dealership. I honestly still believe that Honda dealership's service department was the best experience I ever had. That is until I went for my first "complementary" service for my 2013 Highlander. I came in before my scheduled appointment and was greeted in a courteous manner by Mr. Perez. My first impression was positive. Everyone I came across, acted like they were paid to have fun at what they do. Not a person we encountered presented with that so common attitude of " this is just a job", but appeared seriously and cheerfully dedicated to the task at hand. Ozzie showed us around the dealership facilities and introduced us to some of the other members of the staff. My wife and I went to the showroom and browsed to all the vehicles on display. A salesperson approached us, greeted us and offered assistance in a kind manner. After we told her that we were just waiting for our car to be serviced, she simply made herself available if we had any questions and left us alone to continue what we were doing; no high pressure sales tactics, what a blessing!!! Our vehicle was finished earlier than when promised by Ozzie, now, what can be better than that on a Saturday morning??? My wife's impression was as positive as mine. She will soon need a new car, and, guess where we are going to purchase it.........do I need to say where? More
