Mr. Perez was an awesome employee. He told my dad and I that it was going to take about an hour to check over my car because it was a busy day yesterday and within thirty minutes he was done. He was very polite and made sure that my dad and I knew where the waiting section is. When he told me that my car was ready he saw me studying for my Spanish class. He asked me if I needed help carrying anything and I told him no thank you but he helped me with my Spanish; by telling me what he did to my car and I understood everything he said. He also made sure I understood so I told him what he said in English and it was awesome that he took the time to help me improve my Spanish conversations. He was again very awesome and had a lot of guest service and hospitality skills and took care of my dad and I. Thank you :) More

I was impressed with my visit overall. I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Ozzie Perez greeted me on Saturday morning and had my car in the shop on time. Maintenance was completed by the end of the day as promised. I was pleased with the overall service and will be returning for future maintenance. My only complaint is that I was very focused on price and was promised a price-matching of any other service price or coupons that I could find. (Which I appreciate.) However, I also wanted all my prices as "out the door" amounts. So after I spent a lot of time talking about prices and then signed an agreement that I would pay approximately $550 for all the work I was having done, I was pretty disappointed to see that my total came to over $610. It was explained to me that that total included shop fees and taxes that couldn't be removed. Fine. But why wasn't that total given to me UP FRONT when I was consistently asking for my out the door prices?!? Especially considering that the prices that were being matched by Toyota's service department were other service providers out the door prices, not prices that they would then add on fees/taxes to. So did I even save any money? Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and I'm sure we could have reached an agreement on price but I feel like the way it was handled was misleading. More

I called Juan Mancayo and set an appointment for window tinting after some phone tag I was able to set appointment at 1PM. I brought the vehicle in with my wife and mentioned to Juan Mancayo that the 2010 tinting after some phone tag I was able to set appointment at 1PM. I brought the vehicle in with my wife and mentioned to Juan Mancayo that the 2010 Toyota 4Runner was washed but not waxed prior to delivery,so he put on the work order for the vehicle to be tinted and WAXED.When the job was finished he told me BOTH the tinting and waxing of the vehicle were done as explained on the receipt I got. I took delivery of the vehicle and left. The following day I inspected the work which was done and noticed the tint was put on well (I paid 205 incl tax for this) the wax however was not applied.Just to verify I took the vehicle to a professorial car wash and they confirmed my suspicion THE VEHICLE WAS NOT WAXED!!! I think the fact that Juan lied about this is distasteful for a big dealer as Courtesy Toyota division of Autonation founded by Wayne Huizenga. I have paid $1500 for the supplemental insurance for interior and exterior,so if something were to happen it is covered,problem in this case is that when you bring in the vehicle and request service you are told it was done,where in reality it was not. I have subsequently waxed the vehicle myself with Teflon wax and the difference is notable.I am disappointed with this event and unfortunately cannot recommend this sector of the dealership. More
