This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had. Kevin F in Sales was AMAZING..His manager was also amazing. I found Kevin to have tremendous integrity, and great patience with us (I ask a lot of questions) in making the decision to ultimately buy a vehicle today...I am a pretty intense individual and my wife couldn't be more relaxed and laid back. Kevin was a master of navigating between us/the different styles and he did it with the ultimate professionalism and grace/patience. He built trust with us, he was very knowledgeable of the specs of the vehicle and answered the countless questions I had. I told my wife after the test drive, that he was the best sales pro we have dealt with at a dealership. Kevin went out of his way to get the exact car we wanted, there were other ones that were right there outside the door only feet away but he knew how important it was (to me especially), to get the exact features and exact color combo interior/exterior that we had wanted. To get that, it also just so happened that amongst the inventory, it took a lot of effort to retrieve it. He showed no concern about doing it, and he wanted us to get exactly what we wanted. I am telling you, it was incredible to see the strides this place went to in order to make sure we got exactly what we were hoping to leave with...From Kevin to Marco to Freddy and others, TRULY amazing.
