I just had my 2008 Tundra serviced at AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park. I was greeted by Mr. Rommy Smeir and he took over from there. Maintenance department was fast. Dealership was friendly but didn't listen to my needs. Miracle Toyota lied to me about a problem with my car (just prior to warranty expiring), and AutoNation did absolutel but didn't listen to my needs. I ended up paying $562 for an issue that SHOULD have been corrected while under warranty. I'll never buy another Toyota again. Certainly not a Corolla. More

This was my first time coming to AutoNation Toyota for service on my new RAV4. I was a bit concerned when I pulled in and saw 2 rather long lines. The lines moved relatively quickly and the attention I re service on my new RAV4. I was a bit concerned when I pulled in and saw 2 rather long lines. The lines moved relatively quickly and the attention I received from the service advisor and her supervisor was courteous and competent. The service was completed in less than an hour (as promised) and even included a car wash. The only negative thing about this experience was the movie that was showing in the waiting area. It contained significant profane language which was offensive. Offering a movie is a great idea but the selection needs to be more closely monitored. More
