WE HAVE DRIVEN TOYOTAS SINCE 1989 AND ALWAYS LEASED OUR C BEEN FOR THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM NICK OLIVER, GENERAL MANAGER. WE HAVE DRIVEN TOYOTAS SINCE 1989 AND ALWAYS LEASED OUR CARS FROM THE SAME DEALERSHIP WHILE WE WERE LIVING IN NEW YORK. NOW WE WERE LOOKING TO TRADE IN OUR 2009 CAMARY FOR A 2012 MODEL AND HOPING TO FIND A DEALER IN OUR AREA THAT WOULD COMMIT TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE EXPERIENCED IN NEW YORK, IN TURN OUR LOYALTY WOULD EQUAL THEIR SERVICE TO US. WE FELT WE HAD FOUND THIS IN COURTESY TOYOTA IN WINTER PARK. SHORTLY AFTER WE PURCHASED OUR NEW CAR ALONG, WITH THE "BUMPER TO BUMPER" SERVICE, WE DISCOVERED A PROBLEM WITHIN OUR PAPERWORK DOCUMENTS. AT FIRST IT APPEARED THAT THIS WAS NO EASY MATTER TO CORRECT, FORTUNATLY WE DECIDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO SPEAK WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER. HIS INTEREST IN US AS CUSTOMERS AND HIS CONCERN FOR OUR SATISFACTION IMMEDIATELY PUT US AT EASE. WITHIN A FEW DAYS ALL THE DOCUMENTS WERE CORRECTED AND A 'PROBLEM' THAT HAD SEEMED IMPOSSIBLE WAS GONE. My new Tacoma just reached 5000 miles and needed routine service, I called up Courtesy Toyota and quickly got an appointment for the next morning, exactly when I needed it to be. Soon as I brought her in I service, I called up Courtesy Toyota and quickly got an appointment for the next morning, exactly when I needed it to be. Soon as I brought her in I was greeted and taken care of by Ozzie. I asked where I might get some breakfast and he gave me a full tour of the facility including the small cafe area. As the cafe was not yet open, he asked around for me and found out about Johnny's Diner right across the street, where I was able to walk to while my truck was getting taken care of. As the work was coming to an end and before the complimentary car wash, Ozzie gave me a call to let me know I could start making my way back from breakfast. In perfect timing I walked back in just as my keys were returned to his desk. It was a great experience, I was promptly taken care of, treated extremely well, kept in the loop, and my truck was done before I knew it. I am very happy to know that I have this dealer to come back to so close to home, and will gladly return here for my future service needs. More

Jason Rubel does a terrific job. He got me in an hour after I called for a regular maintenance. While the car was there he arranged for body shop estimator to give me an estimate for previous damage.
