I have always had a great working relationship with Jason. He is very professional and responsive to my needs. However, on my last visit with my Sequoia, I decided rather than do the reommended repai Jason. He is very professional and responsive to my needs. However, on my last visit with my Sequoia, I decided rather than do the reommended repairs, I would replace the vehicle with a Sienna. Jason put me in touch with a sales person who, to say the least was grossly incompetent!. It took him well over an hour to give me a price quote AFTER we had test drove the vehicle. Then, when comparing the price to Honda (Odessey) and David Maus Toyota, I found that your dealership was over $2,500 higher than both WITHOUT negotiating! I didn't bother to come back, even though I hate to have to rebuild a service relationship with David Maus. It was, again, gross incompetence from a sales person who cost your dealership a sale and an ongoing maintenance relationship for the new vehicle. More
