He knew everything about the certified pre-owned car and answered all questions I had as son test drove and we rode along. He had the 120 point inspection and the car was impressive, loved it and price. Financing was a breeze and was the best available. He took care of everything. Edmund checked with us now and then and that was nice. Dealership is extraordinary. Clean, friendly, comfortable. Easiest and best deal I ever got on a used car. Love certified program, bought additional warranty that I needed and Fred Robinson helped a great deal. We keyed in on what I needed and once was a skeptic of warranties but Fred helped me find what I need at right price and even scheduled first routine service appointment. Now I don't have to worry about ever maintaining or fixing/repairs. I love Certified Pre-owned as the depreciation of a new car reduces price but you still get a darn near new car that's all checked out and warrantied. Totally impressed and pleased as was my son.
