Ozzie was very friendly and he up front stated the anticipated wait time. Mr. Perez greeted me in a friendly, cordial manner. I had prepared a list of the services that had been done by Toyota of Orlando in the past. I explained that I had chosen Courtesy Toyota to service my RAV IV because the other dealership, which was quite close to my house, relocated in April. Mr. Perez reviewed the entire history of service performed since I had purchased the car in 2006. He discussed what should be done (75,000 mile service) and explained why. He had told me the estimated amount of cost and time that the necessary service would entail. I did not feel pressured to accept any additional service. Mr. Perez also took the time to look up the history of the service done on my Highlander which will be due for service soon. Previous service (2008 to 2011) was done in Fredericksburg, VA at Rosner Toyota. More
