I scheduled the appointment for an oil change, which I was in and out pretty quickly. But as I'm waiting in the line with my window down, a service porter walks by and SPITS towards my driver's front tire was in and out pretty quickly. I get it that they are only "SERVICE PORTERS" but they are one of the first employees that the customer sees. And I thought that you get a car wash after an oil change which has happened every other time but I could be mistaken. As far as the Advisor Joel goes, nothing but class and he even was going to not charge me for a QT of oil because I didn't read the fine print in the coupon, but I told him it wasn't his fault and that I would pay for the extra QT of oil. I am giving the Advisor 5 stars because I don't want to punish him for something a porter did. But it definitely needs to be addressed. More
