Mi experiencia fué desesperante, desagradable y de mucha angustia a nivel que me dió tanto coraje que iba a cancelar la compra. El vendedor hizo un excelente trabajo lo recomiendo le doy 5 estrella. Mi esposo es mecánico y le hizo muchas preguntas tecnicas y el contestó todo lo que el le preguntó el me hizo sentir segura de la desición que estaba tomando al elegir mi Rav4 2023, pero cuando pasamos al Departamento de Finanza empezó la agonía. La persona insistió en venderme seguros adicionales que yo no deseaba y por más que mi esposo y yo le decíamos que Nó, él continuaba insistiendo. Tubo que imprimir tres veces el contrato por que me daba cuenta que tenía los seguro que el me estaba vendiendo añadidos. Llegó un momento que estaba tan agustiada y desesperada que me llevó al punto de tener tanto coraje que tomé la desición de largarme y cancelar la compra, ahí entonces rapidamente el canceló todos los añadidos a nivel que bajó el interes y la mensualidad. Por eso le digo que mi experiencia fue desagradable y angustiosa. Salí cansada, enojada y con hambre. En vez de salir contenta por que había comprado la Rav4 2023. Por lo demás como consecionario lo recomiendo por que tienen mucho inventario de carros la cual tienes muchas opciones para elegir. More

I told the advisor what my problem was & what I wanted & expected. I sat there 4 hrs & at the end I was prosented with a whole lot of other so called problems that needed to be taken care of instead of what expected. Upon leaving there, I took my car to a reputable mechanic & after checking out the so called problems your poeple found I was told I didn't need most all of what I was prosented. I paid for 2 different tests & not the one I came for. I am expected to return & pay for that test to get the answer to my initial problem.I am eleldery, on social securiity, & no way can I afford over $3,000 for the kind of repirs I was expected to get. The advisor was nice & explained everything to me so I will give him that. More

Went in and the process was so smooth. I can honestly say I was completely satasfied. I love how honest and upfront they were about everything.
