Took forever for a tire rotation. I asked multiple times if they could top off my wiper fluid, I get the truck and it’s not topped off. I waited 2 hours maybe more and they can’t top I asked multiple times if they could top off my wiper fluid, I get the truck and it’s not topped off. I waited 2 hours maybe more and they can’t top my fluids off and essentially lie to my face. I won’t be back for service and absolutely wouldn’t purchase a vehicle here. More

the quality of Toyotas cars is incredible, the salesmen are excellent and very friendly but I had a terrible experience with the finance department, I was clear when I asked for no extended warranties and are excellent and very friendly but I had a terrible experience with the finance department, I was clear when I asked for no extended warranties and they included it in my contract under a description that was not clear, I felt totally deceived, I was able to cancel it but I was still disappointed with the treatment they give to the customers just to take more money from them. I went to check on the model I am interested in and the dealer did not want me to just reserve but close the deal and get the car same day. They said no more parking in their area and a lot of cars are sti dealer did not want me to just reserve but close the deal and get the car same day. They said no more parking in their area and a lot of cars are still coming in. But, when I paid and got my car, the weather mats are missing. I had to come back for it because they ran out of it. That’s why I rated 4 instead of 5. More
