First of all I was chastised for getting out of my car at drop off. After being checked, or so I thought, I went inside to wait to be called to talk to service people. That’s the way it was done in Dr Myers drop off. After being checked, or so I thought, I went inside to wait to be called to talk to service people. That’s the way it was done in Dr Myers Toyota so I made an assumption. My bad. But they weren’t nice about it. I left for the afternoon from dealer and everytime I tried to call to check on my car I was sent to voice mail with no return phone calls until I complained to front desk no one answered. Then they finally came me back. Turned out my car needed Party so had to leave overnight. No problem. But I was told that the service charge to check my air would be applied to the final fix and when they gave me a total over the phone they said I owed it. $199.00. So I paid it. Because I never saw a service person in person. Never a face to talk to. Just send this dealer is way too busy to care about the customers to care. More
I've never had such poor service at any Toyota. Had a noon appointment for my 25k miles service. Arrived about 10 minutes early to nearly no line. One guy came to get my information and had me pull forward. Within 5 minutes I was at the front of their covered car line where I waited about 30 minutes and no one came to me. Got out of my car to talk to one of the guys at a desk and asked what was going on, why no one had come to receive my car. He tried to explain that they take appointment before drive-ups, and I told him that I did have an appointment and it was currently half an hour after that scheduled time. He said he would look into it. 5-10 minutes later he came to let me know he told a manager and that manager would come see me or call me in a moment. I explained to him that I had other appointments that day I had to get to and would be leaving in 5 minutes. Shockingly, someone came to check in my car about 2 minutes later. Still haven't heard from the manager... More

Everyone dreads going to buy a car. I havent met one person that enjoys doing so. However working with Roger Aguilar was such a pleasure. He did not try to over sell me just to make a c I havent met one person that enjoys doing so. However working with Roger Aguilar was such a pleasure. He did not try to over sell me just to make a commission. He listened to what I wanted and gave me options realistic to my budget and my needs. Roger took the time to listen to me and ask important questions about my use for the car. He also told me the pros and cons of each car we looked at not just the pros. In this market with how expensive cars are, he made me feel comfortable without pressuring me. Thank you Roger. I hope you get promoted and continue to do good work. Sergio however was terrible to work with. He stalled the final papers and tried to sell me packages multiple times when I had told him I was not interested. Finally when he realized that I was not going to buy the package for car maintenance, he insulted me and scoffed at me and his demeanor changed the rest of the purchase. When it was time to sign all the paperwork for the vehicle, he did not explain one thing. He was silent showing visibly he was upset he could not make the up-sell on the package. I almost didn't purchase the car. 10 pages to sign and I had to ask him what I was signing and he kept it very short. Very unprofessional. More
