Took forever for a tire rotation. I asked multiple times if they could top off my wiper fluid, I get the truck and it’s not topped off. I waited 2 hours maybe more and they can’t top I asked multiple times if they could top off my wiper fluid, I get the truck and it’s not topped off. I waited 2 hours maybe more and they can’t top my fluids off and essentially lie to my face. I won’t be back for service and absolutely wouldn’t purchase a vehicle here. More

the quality of Toyotas cars is incredible, the salesmen are excellent and very friendly but I had a terrible experience with the finance department, I was clear when I asked for no extended warranties and are excellent and very friendly but I had a terrible experience with the finance department, I was clear when I asked for no extended warranties and they included it in my contract under a description that was not clear, I felt totally deceived, I was able to cancel it but I was still disappointed with the treatment they give to the customers just to take more money from them.
