I went to check on the model I am interested in and the dealer did not want me to just reserve but close the deal and get the car same day. My service advisor, Howard, was great. He stayed in touch and provided information as soon as it was available to him. HOWEVER, the competency of the service department is severely lacking now. I needed a proper diagnosis on the hybrid system in my vehicle, and this did NOT happen. I was not even provided a report of the data they took from my vehicle, something I should have received for a $200+ evaluation charge. I brought the vehicle elsewhere, where it was competently taken care of in a matter of 2 hours. And at a drastically lower price than the dealership. I'm talking >60% LESS. I simply cannot trust the service department here. They're out to make money and nothing else. I have seen this at other Toyota dealerships as well. It is truly unfortunate. I feel like I cannot buy their cars any longer. More
