As usual, the service to my vehicle was done quite well. The technicians performed a thorough inspection and maintenance of my vehicle. However, the service representative assigned to the, Joel, was not very attentive. The service to my vehicle took almost 3 hours and Joel never checked to see if I needed anything. I had a text him to find out the status of my car. When I received a return message, it had a payment link that didn’t work. I went to Joel’s desk where he confirmed that there were problems with the site and then provided a cursory review of the service. After that he directed me to another gentleman who would retrieve my car but unlike the other representatives he didn’t walk me to the area and wait with me to acquire my car. I’m extremely disappointed in this service as a long time customer who has been treated much better by other service representatives. I hope this is not a continuing problem. More
My wife took car in for her 1st time. Usually I do this as I am more informed about truck workings snd she isn't. Before that I called to make inquiries about my truck because my wife wasn't getting updates. I CONSTANTLY GOT VOICEMAIL, which was very aggravating, causing me to stop on my way to work More
I’ve been using AutoNation Winter Park for more than 15 years to service my Prius (now on my third). While I will continue to bring my car here I have to say that I do not like the less than personal servi years to service my Prius (now on my third). While I will continue to bring my car here I have to say that I do not like the less than personal service they have now instituted. Maybe I’m old school but I do not like receiving a text telling me what services are recommended- I expect to be able to discuss my options (ie what is necessary today, what can wait etc) in person. I find this approach impersonal and it also lengthens the wait time. Please return to the personal service I have enjoyed for so many years! More
Following up with my previous review I received an email from Auto Nation Toyota asking me to call the manager to talk about the issues I had with the Hyndai Santa Fe and the lost of my $6,000.00 in less th from Auto Nation Toyota asking me to call the manager to talk about the issues I had with the Hyndai Santa Fe and the lost of my $6,000.00 in less than 30 days. Reminding you that I purchased the car and I had to bring in because A C malfunction, the following week motor mounts damaged, transmission problems. So with all those issues days after my purchase I decided that I didn't want tonface another issue. I felt like I was the one testing the car to find out all those problems. With all of that, Auto Nation Toyota left me down not taking responsibility on all the issues the car had, they were agreed to do the repairs within the 90 days or 4,000 miles warranty but what would happen next after warranty was over? What the next issue would be. So I came to Auto Nation Toyota to see what the manager would say. They said nothing, they just bullied me by having me waiting for 45 minutes so say nothing, they weren't going to assume part of the lost money. Eduard Haywood and Mel Espinosa were the two funny managers that thought they could go away with their ridiculous explanation. You guys sold me a car with lots of problem and I am the one that lost money. You will hear from me later again. More
