If you have an 8am appt. (checked in at 750am) would be nice to have the car looked at before 930am. Brian was professional and helpful. Finally got out of the dealership for an oil change, a/c refresh, tire rotation and fuel induction/cleaning shortly before 12pm. Go to check out and cash is not accepted and they now charge 2% service fee for using your credit card. But they will take a check, not sure if it has a fee or not. Overall, the service is good, better than other dealerships, just VERY slow. More

Alpay was in regular contact with me about the vehicle. Jose, I have known for quite a few years as I purchased my first Toyota from him approximately 15 years ago. My only issue is I asked for a sunroof and when the vehicle arrived there was no sun roof.. that is very disappointing because I have had a sunroof in all my cars since 1995. More

I've been lied to twice by the technician. 1) In early April, I was told that I needed new windshield wipers when I just bought them in late March and they were brand new! 2) One month later 1) In early April, I was told that I needed new windshield wipers when I just bought them in late March and they were brand new! 2) One month later I was told the same thing, new windshield wipers were needed when they're just 1 month old and I was told I have a safety issue with my tires and they to be aligned which is a lie because I just paid to have those tires aligned when I bought those tires at a tire shop because they gave me a better deal. After I was told this lie, I went back to the the tire shop where I bought those tires and paid extra to have them aligned and they they examined them and told me the tires are fine! On a positive note, Ricardo Rivera my service advisor did fine. More
