Your service team damaged my battery . Supposedly exchanged by you and when got to get service my car died on me the next day. I couldn’t take the car to your shop and you didn’t want to come get it. Besides you gave me a used 2019 battery . All of a sudden it had 1 volt. Where perfectly the day before it was working great. You ruined it to charge me for a new one or damaged it.
