I had my car serviced on Monday 27 June (Oil and inspection) and as I left the dealership I began hearing a noise right rear tire. I returned Wednesday at 7:20 AM went inside tried to speak to a ser inspection) and as I left the dealership I began hearing a noise right rear tire. I returned Wednesday at 7:20 AM went inside tried to speak to a service man named David who was rude and refused to help me. Said I needed to talk to the guy on my receipt. Went to the service bay saw the manager told him the issue with David and my car noise. Another inspection was done (2hours) and was told no noise could be heard. Was advised my breaks only had a "visual inspection". I drove away still hearing the noise. Stopped at a Tire Kingdom. Guy drove with me - heard the noise. Took the car in for 20 minutes. Said a minor adjustment was all that was needed - NO Charge! So much for your service. I suggest you check my service record. I bought a truck and car form you and have used you for service but no more. I will advise anyone who is considering visiting your business to beware. More
I purchased a camry on February, it then had something wrong with the car, dealer said they will fix it . After few times taking the car over for service, car is still not fixed few months later with the wrong with the car, dealer said they will fix it . After few times taking the car over for service, car is still not fixed few months later with the same issue and dealer is giving me the runaround because I'm trying to return the vehicle that has not been fixed. IT WAS A BAD DEAL AND AN EVEN WORSE SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I recommend visiting a diferent dealer for your car purchase More
I must be showing my age or diversity has gotten the best of all of the dealerships. The employees' appearances leave A LOT to be desired! They look like bums out there wandering around! Hairstyles, clothin of all of the dealerships. The employees' appearances leave A LOT to be desired! They look like bums out there wandering around! Hairstyles, clothing. yikes! I know it doesn't reflect their quality of work, but it does make me wonder why they're allowed to show up to work looking like they do. Time to start looking more professional, caring about how they come off to the customers, especially those of us that remember how service advisors and mechanics USED to look like. First impressions are a LASTING impression. Scuzzy looking characters with beards and long hair don't cut it. More
