AutoNation Toyota Winter Park - Service Center

I appreciate what the service manager Rommy did for us. During the regular service, the service department noted a nail in the left rear tire which was repaired. Unfortunately the repair did not complete During the regular service, the service department noted a nail in the left rear tire which was repaired. Unfortunately the repair did not completely work and there was a slow leak. When I called, I was told that there was a 4 to 5 hour wait for a walk in customer. At the time I had a flight scheduled to go to work. I did not want to saddle my wife with the problem so we spoke to the service manager and he was able to expedite the process and no I can go to work with peace of mind all thanks to Rommy. He deserves 5 stars all by himself! Frank More

Nick in Service was very helpful and nice even though the Service Department was severely short staffed that day. Numerous employees called out making it a difficult day for the Service Team. Made a simple oil change appt at 1130am and 3 hours later the car still was even wasn't being started.
