Made appointment for oil change and multi-point inspection for 4PM. I arrived before 4PM. It took until 4:20 PM to get someone to sign in while waited in car. I was then told it would take 3 hours inspection for 4PM. I arrived before 4PM. It took until 4:20 PM to get someone to sign in while waited in car. I was then told it would take 3 hours to do the service, and appointments did not mean they would take the vehicle at the appointment time, only that they would do the work by the end of the day. There was a sign in the waiting area that the dealer would try to get an oil change done within 90 minutes, please call the service manager if you have any questions. I call the number and left a message, but no one returned my call. Around 6PM I tried texting the service advisor for a status, again no reply. At 6:30pm I walked out and found the service advisor and ask what was happening. They said they would check, but then realized they had the completed service paperwork on their desk. I was able to get my car back a short time after. On my way home I noticed no one reset the service notice on vehicle. Very disappointing service experience. More
