I would be giving a 5 star rating because this dealer is really good. Took my Prius in for 20K mile service, which included a tire rotation. However, it did not include dynamic balance of the wheels/tires really good. Took my Prius in for 20K mile service, which included a tire rotation. However, it did not include dynamic balance of the wheels/tires without asking. I later called and found that you need to ask for a dynamic balancing. IMO should be included--without asking. Otherwise, good service, communication and helpful team. We purchased the Prius there. More
