AutoNation Toyota Winter Park - Service Center

My appointment was 10:45, I got there on time and they didn’t finish my car till 2:30 so it took them over 3 and half hour just for differential and a tire rotation. I've had positive experiences in the past, but this was horrible. The delay in any communication about the shuttle (I ended up taking Ubers) and then when my car was ready was one thing -- I get it bc it horrible. But the real problem was that the work I'd asked to make sure to have done **wasn't done.** I had to go back (after a VERY long day and a VERY long wait when they said my car was ready) to make sure they'd added air to my tires (my warning light was still on when I left) and to get a sticker for my next maintenance (which I'd asked about when I dropped the car off bc I need it and didn't get it last time), and I'd asked to have my key fob batteries changed -- and they're still dead. VERY disappointed. More
