BY each and every service , the quality and trust is going down rapidly. As customers we don't know about the oil and filter change as it's done behind the doors and we can't make sure it's change or going down rapidly. But on the 39 point inspection , which is one key step of the vehicle where it will make us to understand where the vehicle is , My experience it's 100% confirmed now , who ever does it , it's just filling the 39 points as thy wish , without any what so ever inspection . I have proof for that , one point : MY CV axel on drivers end had a kind of a leak ( as i can explain ) which was mentioned on previous service 39 point inspection , ( that too was done after a unsatisfied review ) and was told not required to change it on urgent basis , . So i kept it as it is. On this service 39 point inspection , it came as 100% good condition . so what should we think as customers ? these are the things which recorded and out of no where thy keep on changing without any repair. so how can we believe on the things that we don't see ? It's very disappointing . More
