Service was good, and staff always courteous and professional. The only part I didn't like was that the appointment took 3 hrs approx. Even I had app very early. Only for a xx for battery issues. professional. The only part I didn't like was that the appointment took 3 hrs approx. Even I had app very early. Only for a xx for battery issues. Otherwise, good. Brought my truck in because it was pulling to one side and had a clunk in the rear end. I told them I already had an alignment done to try to fix the pulling issue. They recommended an alignment again and and had a clunk in the rear end. I told them I already had an alignment done to try to fix the pulling issue. They recommended an alignment again and I asked them to test drive it to make sure it was fixed. They said they test drove it and it was driving fine. After picking it up and paying for the alignment, it still has the same issues. Nothing was fixed, and they did not test drive it or they would have known it wasn't fixed. More
Had to have my 2021 Tundra brought in because the battery was dead. That apparently caused the “main fuse” to blow. While it was there I asked to have the 20k service done. After a day and a half the batter was dead. That apparently caused the “main fuse” to blow. While it was there I asked to have the 20k service done. After a day and a half the battery and fuse were fixed but the service was not done, (no oil change etc)even though the service ticket said it was done. So I have to schedule the 20k service and make yet another trip to the dealership. Two days ago I took my 2015 Tundra in for brake service and ac fan replacement. When I picked up the 15, while driving home, the left front caliper came off, nut fell off the bolt. I also found the RF rim was gouged. Had to take it back today. They cleaned the gouged rim, (Un Sat), replaced the bolt in the caliper, and sent me a photo with a comment that the bolt was replaced and everything was functioning as designed”.No telling if the rotors or rim/wheels were damaged because of this. All of this to say that the quality control for the service department has gone down hill. I really like the people at this dealer, the management is great, but the service technicians have zero attention to detail and neither do the QC folks. Unfortunately, I’ve bought three vehicles here and have had a great experience until recently. So from here forward it will be “trust but verify” on everything they do. By the way, no apology, and I still have a gouged rim. Hopefully the brakes will work and not cause an accident! I would like to say that Rommy and Nick (Service Managers) are awesome, but it seems to me that they are at the mercy of the service technicians who are sub par. More
I had a fancy and expensive bronze keychain from Switzerland that costed me $100 on my car key and they broke it and even bother to tell me it. When the car was ready the attendant brought my car an Switzerland that costed me $100 on my car key and they broke it and even bother to tell me it. When the car was ready the attendant brought my car and I realized the keychain was not there. You might think it was just a keychain, right? But we all expect to receive the car back with the maintenance fully done and all belongs in the car, and if they broke or something gets missing, at least be notified about, which was not the case. Despite all this, Tom were my guy, this time. He’s amazing, such good communication, after I complained about the situation he was the only one who showed care about it. He found the broken pieces of it. After all I paid $120 on maintenance and lost another $100. More

I’m sorry but I got nothing good to say about my experience with the recall department in this dealership. The individual who handled the job is ignorant and disrespectful. He didn’t answer my cal experience with the recall department in this dealership. The individual who handled the job is ignorant and disrespectful. He didn’t answer my calls or messages and I came there twice and been sent home without my vehicle. I have finally picked up my car and I had to call if is ready because the rental car was due that day. When I got home with my painted car I saw that the windshield was replaced and nobody was kind enough to tell me the reason for replacement. In the rental vehicle I have found money and credit cards left in the glove compartment by previous customer. When I returned the wallet I been informed that they will find the customer and take care of it but it never happened, and I’m wondering what happened to it. This situation proofs that the rental vehicles are not check or clean properly. I’m sorry but I will never do business with this dealership again. More
