I think the guy that was taking of me was Eddie. I saw my car sitting outside at 7:50 am. My appointment was at 7am for a oil change. I have to wait for a text message. well at 8:35 my car was still sitting in the same spot so now I started to demanding that Eddie comes out the office BECAUSE now I'm mad. He has the audacity to tell me that the system was down and he couldn't text me. Which is not true because the man next to me get a text. He was on his cell phone that is unacceptable for Toyota they should take care of their customers better than that. More

My advisor, Cory, was great, but the service team registered that they checked things that they did not! Wiper fluid ran out shortly before service. They said it was checked and was full.
