The service representative was helpful, but ultimately the problem with car was not resolved. According to the representative, the engine was misfiring, and replacing the spark plugs would likely resolve the problem with car was not resolved. According to the technician who replaced the spark plugs, the problem was likely resolved. The car ran well for about a day, then the engine was misfiring again and the engine light came back on. Although the cost of $400 to repair the car seemed fair at the time, at this point it did not correct the problem. I am contemplating bringing the car back to Auto Nation Toyota, or possibly bringing it to a individual automotive mechanic as the problem appears to be more complex than initially thought. Toyota is my favorite car brand, but I am disappointed with the service result. More

Clinton Fair did a good job once he got to me (not his fault crazy busy there). I had a 9:30 am (Thurs) week-old appmt. Only for Rot/Bal & 20-point inspection. I have been getting my Corolla serviced here for many years which is probably why my car has run well for such a long time. Customer service has been overall good to excellent until this visit. It seems that texting is their go to means of communication now which is fine with me as long as you text responses to the customer questions and are willing to discuss the repair issue in detail by text or in a phone call. Disappointing to the point where I will be seeking alternatives for future car maintenance. I will also be looking at other choices other than a Toyota for next vehicle. I have never given this low of a rating for any service before this one. More
