Vehicle arrives at my house with windshield littered with chips, they blame transport, pass the issue over to General Manager Iash Sultan, who then stalls until their 5 day return window conveniently closes, then proceeds to tell me I'm out of luck unless I can prove damage before leaving their lot. Well here we are. After doing so I am hit with a cold "best we can do is you go get a quote.. not saying we'll help or anything." -Iash Vinyl is a lesser but still upsetting issue, I was assured this corny dealer striping was vinyl and therefore easy to remove but it was in fact paint, and damaged at that. They have not accepted responsibility for anything despite being confronted with all of the above and have dismissed me and twisted my arm all along the way while I've attempted to get this resolved. Do not buy from AutoNation, even if it's your dream car. More
