When I say that we had shopped at every dealership within 50 miles of our house, I mean it. I told my husband to pull into AutoNation, just for giggles. Worst experience buying a car I have ever had. I will never purchase from this company or recommend this company to anyone. I felt as if I was just another customer during the purchasing process, I will never purchase from this company or recommend this company to anyone. I felt as if I was just another customer during the purchasing process, took much longer than it should have. Was told I was putting to much money down, then I was told I they had to finance it with another lender because I wasn't financing enough. After I purchased the 2016 Fit I found out it a major mechanical issue 3 days after purchase, I got a vehicle report from a certified Honda repair shop and AutoNation would not repair it under the 90 day, 4,000 mile warranty the car came with. I was told by the management team to return the car to them they. Not 20 minutes after I returned the car they had it back on their website for sale. More
