Liars...your typical car dealership Another car dealership that has been added to my list of never doing a dime of business with again. As always, the experience seemingly started out w Another car dealership that has been added to my list of never doing a dime of business with again. As always, the experience seemingly started out well. Jonathan seemed like an above average salesman, not being too pushy, seemed honest, and acted like he had integrity. He flat out lied to my face on more than one occasion. The dealership itself was dishonest about the car...They reset the engine light without fixing the car before they put it on the lot. We test drove it and the the car seemed okay but within 36 hours of purchasing the car the engine light came on and we were forced to drop $1,000 to get that fixed. Went to dealership to ask them to help, but they refused. Even talked with management and Christian wouldn't do anything. They did offer to fix one $20 problem that Jonathan lied about but still haven't heard back from them to get that fixed. It's been a complete disaster. I will never spend another dime at Preferred Preowned. The only plus side of the experience was working with Justin in finance. He was quick, knowledgeable, and personable. This is not the review I wanted to write but they were not willing to correct any of their mistakes. Dishonest people, running a dishonest business. Still looking for a dealership that can be trusted and I can return to for future business. More
