Dan Berkenkotter and his team treated me with respect and - Odair de Souza

Dan Berkenkotter and his team treated me with respect and worked hard to resolve an unexpected issue with my truck. They didn’t walk away from the problem—they listened, communicated clearly, and helped me reach a fair solution. It’s easy to sell a vehicle, but what really matters is how a dealership handles problems after the sale. In my experience, they showed integrity and genuinely cared about making things right. I highly recommend Berkenkotter Motors and will definitely consider buying from them again.

I took my 2018 Suburu Outback in on 8/13/2026 for an oil/filter, windshield wiper blades replacement, tire rotation, and concerns about the TPMS light on the display. I followed up 8/14/2026 for engine/cabin air filters replacement. On both visits I was greeted and assisted by Sterling Evans, Service Advisor, an absolute, perfect gentleman. He was knowledgeable, friendly, very easy to talk to, and addressed all my concerns in a professional and thorough manner. Thank you, Sterling, for all your help. Kudos to Heuberger for a true star in their service arena. I will be back.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Schomp MINI, - Nikhil Krishna

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Schomp MINI, and a huge part of that was thanks to Brandon. From the very beginning, Brandon stood out for his patience, knowledge, and genuine care. He took the time to explain everything about the cars in a way that was easy to understand, never rushed me, and made sure I felt confident at every step. From helping me compare options to choosing the right color, he was thoughtful, honest, and incredibly helpful. What really impressed me was how smoothly he guided me through the financing process. He answered all my questions—no matter how small—with clarity and patience, making what can often be a stressful process feel comfortable and transparent. Even after the purchase, Brandon didn’t disappear like many salespeople do. When I later needed help with a name change on the title, he went the extra mile to walk me through the details and made sure I knew exactly what to do. That kind of follow-through says a lot about the kind of person he is. Beyond being a great professional, Brandon is just a great human being. Our conversations went beyond cars—we even bonded over Indian food—which made the whole experience feel personal and memorable rather than transactional. By the end of it, it truly felt like I wasn’t just buying a car, but working with someone I could trust and genuinely enjoy talking to. If you’re going to Schomp MINI, I can’t recommend Brandon enough. He’s knowledgeable, patient, kind, and someone who truly cares about his customers. This was easily one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had, and Brandon is the reason why.

AJ was fantastic, he took care of everything we asked of - katie.e.wolf

AJ was fantastic, he took care of everything we asked of him immediately that day. The car technically wasn't ready to drive home but he expedited inspection and helped us through the process to make sure we got the exact model we wanted without having to drive down to the dealership again. we have three little kids so that extra consideration went a long way in our book! We definitely buy a car from AJ and this dealership again!

I had a really great experience here. - Mosesmajor198

I had a really great experience here. Nick was the one who showed me the car and got everything started. He was cool kind, helpful, and had no problem letting me take it for a test drive. He made the process easy from the beginning and helped me get everything moving. George sourial was also great to work with and really helped throughout the rest of the deal. He was knowledgeable, professional, and honestly pretty convincing. He even managed to convince my dad, which is saying something. I ended up getting the car cause he offered me the best deal i ever saw and I’m really happy with how everything worked out. Both Nick and George made the experience a lot better, and I’d definitely recommend working with them if you’re looking for a car.

I had done a lot of research and looking online. - MarkR

I had done a lot of research and looking online. What I appreciated was that Caleb got to know my needs and what I was looking for. Not pushy. Not the stereotypical salesman. He truly cares. The manager got snacks for my kiddos and everyone was top notch and extremely professional. I’m a customer for life! The car is perfect and the whole experience a pleasure. Well done Team!
