Buyer beware! I bought a truck from this place and have had issues with it from day one. The reason for the one star is that it seems there is no quality control at this place. This is the third car I have purchased through Preferred Preowned and I couldn't be happier with all three purchases. My latest purchase was the result of a truck lost in an accident. When we heard the truck was totaled by the insurance company I immediately contacted Cory and he forwarded the trucks he had on lot. Cory makes things simple. He doesn't try to manipulate you into buying something you don't want, he simply shows you what he has and helps you get the car you want. He answers your questions directly and if he doesn't have the answer, he finds some who does. He recently made something right with my latest purchase when a problem occurred after the sale. He didn't have to correct this problem but he took responsibility in seeing it through the end. If you are looking for an automobile I can't recommend Cory King enough as an honest salesman. In these times when we are saturated with dishonest people, you can count on Cory as an example of honesty in a very tough business. He tried to account for cars suitable to my small height and budget, which was really nice of him to do. I would definitely consider buying a car there if they had a car I was looking for. He was shown a truck and th Do not EVER buy a vehicle from this dealership or Pikes Peak Acura. My husband went there yesterday to purchase a vehicle. He was shown a truck and the price was too high. He was told that they could work something out. Apparently, the company does not have their own financing so the truck was driven down to Pikes Peak Acura for financing. When I got to Pikes Peak Acura, I reviewed the paperwork and asked the Finance manager at Pikes Peak Acura - is the vehicle a 2016 and he replied yes (twice). We signed the paperwork, were handed the keys, and sent on our way. I received a phone call from Randy the sales manager stating they sold us the wrong vehicle. We were sold a Blue 2015 Ford F-150 and we were supposed to get a 2016 White Ford F-150. The 2016 Ford has 30k more miles on it, did not have 4 doors and it wasn't something we would have chosen. However, even though we had never seen that vehicle, that is the vehicle we apparently purchased. We were then told that we do not own the 2015 Ford and we are to return it and either take the vehicle they tricked us into buying or leave with nothing. They did say that if we wanted to keep the 2015 Ford F-150 that it would be about 6k more on the asking price. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I will never do business with this company again or Pikes Peak Acura. I have sent our experience to the dealer board of Colorado and I encourage anyone else that has experienced a similar visit with this dealership to do the same. More
