Terrible service department... I was very disappointed, I got my car detailed from here. I had picked it up right about at closing time due to work so trying to be considerate of th I was very disappointed, I got my car detailed from here. I had picked it up right about at closing time due to work so trying to be considerate of there time left without properly inspecting my car. When i got home I realized the letters for my gears were misaligned in my central compartment. Since it was already closed by then I took my car in the next morning and the service counter guy told me it wasn't like that when you picked it up. I attempted to explain that I noticed it yesterday evening and he was very dismissive. He proceeded to tell me that I was an old car; which yes, its a 2000 but it was not broken. It is a very well taken care of car which I've had for the last decade and bought from a friend who was the first owner. regardless he then told me it would take an hour or two to fix if I wanted them to fix it for which I would have to pay them there normal hourly prices, which is ridiculous since they broke it! I was very upset and disheartened by this interaction. I can not believe he was dismissive and then told me I could pay them if I wanted it fixed but he didn't think it was worth it. More

I told Cory and he walked me out to it. He said he would go in and retrieve the keys to unlock it. Once I got in, I asked him we could take it for a test drive. He said no problem, and allowed me to take it on the road. I knew I wanted the car, and working with Cory just ensure for me that I was going to complete the deal that night. He was very respectful, professional, and applied zero-pressure in trying to make a sale. He worked seamlessly with me to arrive at a sales price that we both could live with. I would not hesitate to buy another car with Cory from Pikes Peak Acura. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!! More
